After Your Treatment
There is no need to rush away after your appointment.
Day Spa guests are invited to enjoy complimentary access to our mineral swimming pool, complete with pool towel.
Spend time relaxing in our lounge overlooking the pool with a herbal tea or glass of bubbly, soak up the tranquillity of the Perth Hills and let the sense of calm linger just a little longer.
Because wellness should never feel rushed.

Our spa boutique proudly stocks WA foundered and owned The Secret Skincare, allowing you to continue your personalised skincare routine with professional guidance from our team.
Spa Bookings & Policies
To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly ask that all guests review the following information before their appointment.
Bookings
Spa appointments can be made by phone or email.
To secure your booking, we require:
- Full name of all guests attending
- Contact phone number and email address
- A 50% non-refundable deposit or full payment at the time of booking
Payment can be made via our Fresha online booking system, EFTPOS, bank transfer or gift voucher.
Please note: Appointments are not confirmed until payment has been received.
Pricing
- A 20% surcharge applies to spa treatments on Sundays.
- All treatment prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change.
- More than 48 hours’ notice: Your payment will be held as a credit for up to 12 months.
- Less than 48 hours’ notice: Your deposit will be forfeited.
- No-shows: The full treatment fee will be charged.
Arrival
To allow time for your consultation, we recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
Late arrival may result in your treatment time being reduced to avoid delaying other guests. The full treatment fee will still apply.
What to Wear
We recommend arriving in loose, comfortable clothing to enhance your comfort before and after your treatment.
- Plush robes are provided for all in-house guests.
- Disposable underwear is available for body treatments should you wish to use it.
Health Information
Your wellbeing is our highest priority.
Please advise us of any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy or recent procedures when making your booking. Our therapists will tailor treatments wherever possible to ensure they are both safe and appropriate for your individual needs.
During Your Visit
To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the spa, we kindly ask that all mobile phones are switched to silent or turned off during your visit.
Age Requirement
Amaroo Retreat & Spa is an adults-only destination.
Spa treatments are available exclusively to guests aged 18 years and over.
